1 The faction leader is responceible for handling the faction funts these credits are for building military forces suchas mobile suits fighters battle ships tanks ect for putting out bountys on other characters for varius reasons and for trade agreements
2 A faction starts with a pre set up and determined account and gains more credits once every OOC month based on how many planets and other facilitys and colonies it controls as well as trade agreements
3 Purchaseing military gear and other varios items for the faction are all boaght indevidualy and ether set up as npc ( non-player character) forces run by an admin at the request of a faction leader this is so the faction can still order fleets and troops into battle without every person having to play several characters this also gives your opponents someone to fight without having the same problems the faction leader can accualy use the faction credits to supplie the other characters in their faction (by this I mean characters run by a player)
4 Putting a bounty out on someone is simple you have the predetermined amount from the faction account and have an admin post the bounty (bountys are to be put out on player characters only not npc’s) and when and if someone accualy catches them they get brought to the right faction and the bounty amount is added to the ploayer that brought in the bounty
5 Trade agreements can be something as simple as letting each other build or purchase eachothers military tech to one faction paying a general fee to another for the right to purchas the other s military technology it can be a benifical arrangement for both factions involved
