Leviathans are living ships that were created by the eridani; they range greatly depending on quite a few factors.
A leviathan needs a pilot that pilot bonds to the ship for life physically and mentally, leviathins bond through a painful process where a biomechanical conection assembly is implanted into the subject's back fusing into the skin, back and brain this also runs the risk of killing both leviathan and pilot, if one dies the spin assembley links the 2 by there nervous systems.
The ships all have different genetic traits based on their parents, say if your ships mother was 800 meters long but its father was only about 320 meters long it would probably be about 560 meters.
So size comes to an average of both parents and cargo pretty much goes the same way, meaning the cargo capacity is dependent on the parents this will also apply to things like hangers and how many unintelligent short range craft.
Weapons are different if the mother had no weapons but the father had 10 heavy bio laser turrets then there’s a possibility that the ship would either have 6-4 turrets or that they would be of a lower category in strength and size. On the other hand things like gravimetric shields it either has them or it doesn’t but as a general rule of thumb talk to your admin about what your ships offspring will have.
